2. Service Description
2b Inclusive provides NDIS-registered disability support services including Positive Behaviour Support, Allied Health services, Early Intervention, and related therapeutic supports. Our services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Service delivery is subject to individual service agreements and NDIS funding arrangements.
3. NDIS Service Agreements
Services provided under NDIS funding are governed by individual Service Agreements between 2b Inclusive and participants. These agreements outline the specific services, responsibilities, pricing, and cancellation policies applicable to each participant. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and an individual Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
4. User Responsibilities
Users of our services agree to: provide accurate and complete information; treat staff and other participants with respect and dignity; comply with reasonable safety requirements; communicate changes to needs or circumstances in a timely manner; honour cancellation policies as outlined in Service Agreements; and use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, 2b Inclusive's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide notice through our website or direct communication.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 2b Inclusive or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. 8. Governing Law
