    Our social workers provide holistic, person-centred support, advocacy, and coordination for individuals and families experiencing complex life challenges. We work alongside people to navigate systems, access appropriate services, strengthen relationships, and build sustainable support networks. Our approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and an understanding of the social, emotional, cultural, and environmental factors that impact wellbeing.

    Supporting individuals to understand and exercise their rights, choices, and voice, and to access appropriate services and supports.

    Coordination and Collaboration

    Working alongside individuals, families, and providers to support coordination of services, communication, and shared planning across systems.

    Counselling and Therapeutic Support

    Person-centred, strengths-based counselling to support wellbeing, adjustment, and life transitions, within the scope of social work practice.

    NDIS Navigation and Support

    Assistance to understand the NDIS, prepare for planning or review meetings, and access funded supports in line with individual goals.

    Housing Support

    Practical support and advocacy related to accessing, maintaining, and sustaining safe and stable housing, including liaison with relevant services.

    Community Connection

    Supporting people to build social connections and engage with community resources, groups, and opportunities that are meaningful to them.
